Terms and conditions of Annual Maintenance (Labour) Contract
- Equipments will be entered into the Maintenance contract after rectifying all defects. Contract starts from the date of receiving the order.
- Any spare if failed will be on customer scope.
- Tampering with and repairs of the equipment at any time under any circumstances whatsoever by anyone with the exception with our authorized representative will render the contract null and void without Prejudice to our other rights.
- Failure of equipment due to supply voltage beyond permissible range will not be our responsibility.
- Contract period will be valid from the date specified.
- Contract is not valid if the equipment is shifted or change of ownership.
- Any change in the number of machines should be informed to us and you should issue an amendment order for the same.
Service Frequency : Quarterly
Other Services
- Round the clock service.
- Mobile van with all ancillaries.
- Technicians are provided with mobile phones.
- Technicians are covered under Mediclaim Act.
- Service Engineer is there for any technical support.

- Payment -100% Advance with Purchase Order.
- Equipment will be entered into the Maintenance contract after rectifying all defects. Contract starts from the date of receiving the order.

- Any spare or parts damaged or not repairable due to wear and tear and is not available to replace in that case unit itself need to be replaced.
Taxes and Duties
Increase in taxes, levies or rates imposed by the State or Central Government or local authority or any fresh levies imposed by such authorities on components, raw material or installation as a whole after the date of offer and during the contract/for any reason whatsoever will be paid by the customer
Scope of Work
- Preventive maintenance in every three months.
- Regular complaints within the city will be attended within 4 hours.
- Minor complaints with part replacement will be attended within 24 hours.
- Complaint involving gas charging and compressor replacement will be attended within 48 hours.
- Replacement/repair of indoor fan motor, outdoor fan motor, compressor, compressor related controls, Indoor and out door unit control panel, blower ,Fan leaf, capacitor and contactor.
- Leak testing, brazing and gas charging .
Exclusion to the Contract
- Repairs due to corrosion, if the equipment is installed in corrosive environment.
- Water piping, cooling tower uprights, louvers, cooling towers fills replacement. Sheet metal ducting, grills, diffusers, masonry work, carpentry work & welding work connected with the above.
- Water filter, Filter pads, unit structure of base, Cabinet, locks, gaskets coils.
- Electrical cabling, Electrical switch boards and electrical accessories connected with main incomer to the system.
- Insulation, false ceiling work and painting thereof.
- Fine filters & HEPA filters.
- Replacement of the Condenser Coil & Evaporator coil (Cooling Coil) or any other equipment in whole.
- Any other items which is not specifically spelt out under our scope of work.
Other Features
- Free replacement of defective/Worn out part with new or serviceable parts such as compressor electrical components and controls, fan motors, blades etc.
- Round the clock service.

- Technicians are covered under Mediclaim Act.
